This is the classic stylized Tower design based on Merigot's Bridge of Salaro near Porta Salara, Rome.  The floral border is one that Spode used in it's early Milkmaid pattern from the early 1800's.  The cream pitcher is 3.5" high from handle to base.  The covered sugar bowl is 3" high.  And the demi-cup and saucer finish the set.  All in pristine condition.
