1st Edition, 2nd printing, 1925.  Printed in Canada.  There is a water stain on bottom corner of the page between the color front piece and title page, as shown in the photo.  Some loosening of paper on the back cover, however it is a clean copy with no marked, torn or dog-eared pages.  Beautiful cover illustration.  Gold lettering on spine is dull and faded.  Binding is flat, webbing is tight and all pages are intact.  Normal amount of yellowing of pages from age.  Overall in very good condition for its age.
