The Wedgewood company started in Burslem, England in 1759.  The term "Jasperware" is pattened by the company, and is actually a type of stoneware.  It has a matte finish, and comes in a few different colors such as blue, green, yellow, lilac and black.  The blue is the most famous and has become known as "Wedgewood Blue".  Although there is a matte finish on the outside, they are glazed on the inside for use.

Here we have two teacups and saucers.  Teacups are 3.5"wide and 2" tall.  Each features a different bas relief design.  They are $60 each or all three for $150.  In perfect condition.
